By purchasing any product or service from Venus Toolz, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

All products and services sold by Venus Toolz are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final.

2. No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued once a product, key, account, service, or digital item has been delivered unless otherwise stated.

3. Chargebacks

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized claim may result in:

• Permanent blacklist
• Removal from services/support
• Ban from the Discord/community
• Termination of access to products/services

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Reading product descriptions before purchasing
• Ensuring their system/device meets requirements
• Following all provided setup instructions

Failure to understand product requirements does not qualify for a refund.

5. Service Downtime

Temporary downtime, maintenance, game updates, or third-party issues do not qualify for refunds.

6. Exceptional Situations

In rare situations, Venus Toolz may choose to provide a replacement, credit, or refund at its own discretion.
